| I suggest doing a little evaluation yourself. Check their cash flow, debt, PE ratio and profitability. Also see if she has some S & P reports she would email you on the stocks. This would give you some idea of what analysts are saying. If you don't understand the investment, probably best not to be investing in it. Not saying I'm right, but I just sold my Pfizer stock a couple weeks ago-their drug pipeline (what is coming up next to market) has issues as I understand it. Cat has lowered its longer term earnings projections. Dividend paying stocks risk losing value as we approach the "fiscal cliff" due to likely capital gains tax increase decreasing the value of a dividend.
