NW Central Ohio | Soybeans are pretty sensitive, and they only have to wait 7 days. It's all about how much rain you get..and how soon after applying the 2,4-D. If it doesn't rain for 3 weeks after applying 2,4-D...you could probably plant cotton 7 days after application too. Once it rains..then you have to wait the full 30 days, because it does need to break down in the soil at that point. I'd be comfortable 7 days after application (1 pt. maximum). | |
