onida, south dakota | <p>not nearly enough information to determine if a HTA is the right move what is your historic basis??? charges differ on cost..........some free and some as much as 10-15 cents.............so that you need to ask your local elevator need to also ask who ever you are looking to do a HTA with thier rules..........in regards to crop failure.........as well as rolling............not all are the same if you are going to do a HTA you should really have a basis goal in mind.............and does that goal gain you much or just a few pennies?.......what type of basis risk is there?............you don't want to wait for -35 under if there is risk that basis will go to -60 under if you decide to do a HTA and you have never done one before i would reccomend stepping light into it..........don't go crazy</p>
