Wheatley, Arkansas		We've leased grain bins, dryers, tractors and buildings from FCS as well as a leasing company out of MO.

The advantages of leasing are the quicker write-of, plus the debt doesn't show on your balance sheet.

Every time we've leased the total dollars spent were basically the same as if it was financed for the same term.

I would say that a shop lease would be almost identical to a tractor lease.
