I had a small calf just 2 weeks ago like that prob 200lb .
When I took it to vets they said it looks like an ear infection ,there remedy was to blow his ear drum out . I can't Remember what they gave him for antibiotics as I was pushing in the rest of the calves to be worked .
It looks like it worked he has straightened out now .
