NE MO/W IL: From the tiling work we've done so far on both sides of river, things are in better shape than I expected, but not recharged by any means. Good moisture 1-2 ft. down. One job had moisture 3 feet down, but not excessive to where water was accumulating in trenches by any means. But for the most part, subsoil below 2ft. is powder dry.
