Somehow you need to get nitrogen into that stack. Maybe pour some 32% over it? Could just stick a pipe into it and blow some NH3 through it but I don't recommend it ;)
Inoculatant of some kind seems like a good idea. Is there a way to mix some manure with it? Don't know, just tossing out ideas.
