ja, maybe they should stir the pot over there.
too many manufacturing jobs, bit by bit lost here, year after year due to union demands...
you have a company and your workers now wish for wages to advance further than what you can keep up with on your balance sheet.
most company owners i know want to pay good employees more and wish to not" incentivize" poor labor performance...
union take away merit pay...look now what happens...even educational system has strikes now, yet educational system here is deficient, ja...tenure?
when so many out of work hard to justify striking for more pay, more benefits, more more more...health care's corrosive issues only exacerbate companies
financial concerns.
