East Central Ia | If you have the room to work on them a pull type blade is fantastic for waterway work. The only time they dont work is when you need to get right up next to something like a fence or creek. But if you have room to drive up and down the center you can make beautiful waterway faster than a dozer. I have fixed/made miles of waterway with our 12' artsway blade and 5288 tractor.
Have a couple neighbors with blades mounted on wheeled machines and they have a very hard time keeping blade hieght with the tire squat you get on a wheeled machine. | |
