93, F-150 Dome light always on & it's not the pot switch turned all the way to one side. 3 wires to the door switch, how do I test?

One or two of our vehicles turns on manually at the light its self. Got some kind of three way switch button (off no matter what, on with door switches etc, full on 100% of the time). Usually ours is messed up after some grandkids have been around. A couple days ago it was in the "off no matter what".

Yours isn't that way is it?

As far as your other problem with the turn signal if the 4 ways are working but the turn signal isn't I'm thinking you got something screwy going on. I thought they both used the same bulb (maybe not like they used to????) and you say it works on the rear so hand switch should be telling the circuit to flash. Otherwise I would use a test light at the socket to a KNOWN GOOD GROUND to make sure the socket is grounded right.
