| I use a pole barn that had cattle in it 45 years ago. I replaced about half the poles with perma columns. You cut the poles off at ground level, remove the rotten bottom piece and slide the perma columns under it. It wasn't cheap and if I had to do it again, I might just replace the shorter poles and use the perma columns for the taller poles. The perma columns look like they'll outlast me. | |
