NW Washington
If you are going to broadcast the seed put on a couple bushels per acre or 120 lbs/acre and go for it. Corn and bean farmers like to talk about seed populations but wheat farmers have been drilling wheat at between 75 and 120 lbs per acre for a long time.
A bushel and a peck per acre used to be the standard a long time ago, and that turns out to be 75 lb/acre.
