If the dogs are agressive to you and you dont want to get into a fight about it. Shoot one and put it in the road. Kind of dirty but might not make an enemy. I had a neighbor who was an --s about this and wouldnt do any thing. That is how I handled it especially when my kids rode by on bikes.
