You might consider some water treatment plant lime from Kelderman Lime. High calcium, low or no magnesium. Might cost a little to truck it, but you'll need less than if you went to a local quarry and applied regular aglime (which our area's has plenty of Mg in it already).

Those are surprisingly high OM levels for that type of ground. The samples weren't taken in the ditches, were they? :)
