Panhandle of Ne. | The happiest day of my life was, after being married for about 5 years, my wife looked at me one day and said, "you never take a vacation". Thought about that a while, didn't think I could because "things" wouldn't get done. Finally went for a week, came back, and things were still running smooth. I finally realized that I could be replaced, that was a happy day. Never miss taking vacations anymore. Instead of always being hands on I now use the 2-way or phone and call somebody and stand back and give advise. Don't worry when I don't quite get to the field on time or go home a little early. | |
