The 18-25 year olds are the healthiest group to insure as long as they don't have babies. One cost we'll be paying for is the coverage for people that have been denied coverage because of pre-existing conditions. I thought the whole point of insurance was to spread the risk across a bigger pool of people rather than just allowing the insurance companies to cherry pick who they wanted to insure.
is it worth writing the commissioner about BCBS raise?
