I think I would use quart of glyphosate with 1/2# of 2,4-D (16 oz if using LV4 or 11 oz if using LV6) I would also add a quart per 100 gallon of non ionic surfactant with at least 10 gal/acre. And if you decide to use dicamba I normally use 6 oz when winter is close to setting in.
