We had one of the above D's for a couple years and it seemed like there was always an issue with something. Billing was not as agreed, took months to straighten that out, lots of confusion on hardware and downhill from there. Now use local telephone co and simple and no problems. Good HD for sports but I am not one that watches a whole lot of TV. Also supports the local phone coop. All comes in on 2 wires. No dish etc. Excellent service, billing is simple and as agreed without hours on the phone. jmho.
