I think you shouldn't have to cool it down. Depending on the BTU of the heater, all you are really doing is taking humidity out of the air, and warming it up slightly, maybe 10 degrees. Edwards grain Guard here in Canada supplies some direct fired heaters, but the propane or nat gas adds alot of moisture when it is burned. www.grainguard.ca Mostly not corn here, all small grains, but I think principles are the same. You might be able to get some rough numbers off their website.
