I have a setup from Scale-tec on my 1560 drill, no problem with the weigh bars bouncing across the field.  I can't read the weight when it's moving, only when stopped with the openers out of the ground. No problems with the load cells on our TMR mixer bouncing around loaded, either.

The drill box is mounted on subframes that attach the weigh bars, the engineering would be the tricky part.
