Subject: McFarlane Reel Disk Vs. Great Plains Turbo Max

I currently have a McFarlane now and not completely satified with it. I am looking at the Great Plains Turbo Max now and talked to a saleman about getting a demo unit and he said they are selling before they arrive. So that leave me with two choices: buy one without demoing it or wait a year or two until there is one I can demo. Is there anyone who has exprences with both of these units? The two main things that I dont like about the Mcfarlane is one, it only pitches the dirt out and will leave ridges in your field, and second, you have to run it to deep in order to get your wheel tracks out. I really dont like running it that deep in the spring when I am planting right behind it.  Do you think that the Turbo Max would be a better fit for me with the complaints I have about the Mcfarlane? Thanks
