A couple hours after I posted here, I asked AgLeader the same questions. Here is their reply: John, It seems we see much less Integras having touch screen issues even when considering the age (Integra has been out only 3 years.) I believe it is due to the advancement in touch screen technology over the years. InSight screens get repaired with the original screen from that era. The newer screen isn't adaptable. Kudos to AgLeader for not sugar coating. Now I wonder how many "original screen from that era" are left? I would think that number is finite. How many years are left before the planned obsolescence takes effect?
