This coming spring i believe AgLeader is coming with downpressure monitoring or control (dawn hyd. unit) http://www.agleader.com/2011/12/09/ag-leader-announces-planter-down... and AgLeader can already do advanced seed monitoring like 20/20. As far as not replacing deere stuff and using John Deere XP system, i have no idea.
