You may have already checked this, but check the fuse in the panel to the right and behind the seat. There should be a fuse that is labeled Header Height Control. Our 9895 did that to me last year and everything showed good voltage on the sensors, but it still would not work. Checked the fuse and it was blown. The fuse is for the controller of the header height system.
