This is insignificant if you live in an area like me in Illinois where the YIELDGAURD rootworm gene is having major problems combatting rootworms. The refuge in the bag does nothing for me when Monsantos yieldgaurd rootworm gene is not working like Agrisure or Herculex rootworm is.

Im sure monsanto will market the crap out of the convienience of this. The problem is it is nothing new. A 7 year old rootworm gene coupled with some roundup ready refuge.

What we need is some NEW traits. It looks like syngenta will be the first to develope that with Agrisure Duracade which is a brand new mode of action, not to mention the Viptera trait they already have came out with that is great for earworm
