Subject: Hopper walker or swinger

I unload from semis and carts at 4 locations. I have been using a drive over dump pit, it is wore out and has been plugging last year so it has to go. A new drive over is ,auger or belt , is 10k. My dad does lots of unloading and i don't want him pushing the swing hopper all day. I see there is the hopper walker and the swinger. Does anyone prefer one over the other for any reason. Are there any others on the market. Has anyone homemade one from farm supply parts? they do seem a little pricey for what they are. Does the swinger have stop sets?

I have seen the pics of the swing hopper in a small pit but I don't want a to make 6 holes in my yards for these. If I get to unloading in 1 spot that looks like a great idea.
