Unless you really have a major problem with sats, Why worry about updating so much. At this point the only difference is glonass. With our 372 there isn't less then 12 sats, but didn't have much of a problem with 262 or 252. Probably a dozen times in three-four years it's lost enough to be a problem. Just get out and check things over for 5 minutes, jump back in and it's usually good to go again.
