Up until a few years ago, that was your option if you wanted to take 8 rows and everybody got along just fine.

The Orbis is a big improvement, feeds smoother and they claim it takes less power due to not having an auger.

We never used a RU600, had a RU450 on our old 850 and got an Orbis with our new 850. The Orbis is better, but it was a bunch more money, too. All depends on how much you have to do and how much you want to spend.

It does seem that resale of the RU600 has taken a beating.
