Same here. If I keep busy, I think about food less. In the house with time on my hands I just want to eat! LOL. Try to eat fruits and vegetables or other lite, healthy snacks. Drink plenty of water too. I don't like just plain water but have found adding MIO flavoring to it works very well. That stuff is great.
