Upstate Ny | had my old john dere 2520 on the rake yesterday and was pullin in the field and the engine started laboring and drawing down, then it blew hydraulic oil out from the pump area, and quit runnin. not sure if it blew the seal or a hose or what. didnt have time to play with it so we unhooked the rake and used another tractor. today i go back and it started right up but has a large hyd oil leak, we just moved it aside. any ideas? sounds like the pump was pumping and had noplace to put the oil, the pump is a reman from about two or three years ago. anyone else have a simular experiance?? thanks | |
