Kentucky | Have a 6000 what Campbell- Hausfeld generator that vibrated off the back of a pickup yesterday. Broke what looks like cast alumiun slot that is bolted to a rubber iosulation pad. Generator still works ok, but wondering how to fix the housing. Not sure if a machine shop could weld it, and if they did would it cause problems with the generator. Would it be simpler to make some kind of saddle to hold that end of the generator?
