| Hmm, good question there Dirt...there was the 1969 JD 4020 sold on 6/18/11 collector auction in southwest MN for $50,000....front wheel assist, diesel, PS, console, new tires, ROPS, repainted, nice. Bill DeYeager estate sale, well known Deere collector, many very high priced 10 & 20 Series JD tractors on that auction from the '60's & '70's.
* same 6/18/11 auction in southwest MN also had a 1970 JD 3020 front-wheel assist, diesel, PS, ROPS go for $38,500
* another June 2011 auction, this one in east-central Iowa had another 1970 JD 3020 front-wheel assist, gas, factory cab, PS, sell for $36,000
* July 2011 auction in northeast Kansas had a 1970 IHC 826 Gold Demonstrator, diesel, new tires, sell for $17,000
...but I think our 1970 IHC 2826 today for $56,100 is KING OF THE HILL :-)
