Ranger would be best, Rhino OK, but I don't think you'd save anything in the long or even short run. Tires for one are going to last about 4x's as long on a pickup, and cost the same. I don't think they are any more fuel efficient than a little pickup. Then, they cost more than a pickup to begin with.

Not saying they are bad, I have a new Ranger 800 and a Gator, ended up winning the Ranger, otherwise no way would I have bought one. Too much $$$ for what they are. Go to the city and buy a fleet of couple year old 2wd Toyota's for the same money. They are great for spraying, checking flood water or other stuff a pickup can't actually work (and fun... they are very fast), but to haul Juan around I don't think you could beat a late 90's-early 2000 Toyota.
