| Same question and my answer here. I've no tilled for 5 years now and started getting little microcuts in spots. Finally concluded I couldn't let them go any longer.
Same as you - took a field cultivator and smoothed out a few rough spots. I'm committed to no till, but I'm also committed to keeping my fields in shape and not having washouts that I'm eventually farming around. As always I'm working to keep this from happening in the first place.
After reading your question again you are probably asking about the entire field. Haven't done that yet just the washouts. For a whole field the turbo till machines seem to be popular
