That happened to me, too. I mentioned it to the computer guy(in town), and I believe that he "unchecked" the ActiveX Filtering , in my safety section, of my Windows 7 laptop.

 He did it so fast, I hardly saw it, SO if it doesn't work for you guys, you may want to ask this question on "Computer Talk". I bet those guys know what to do.
