This happened by a fluke when I was in highschool.

Took second crop hay off and notilled beans. Farmer waited to spray round up till after the beans came up. The roundup just made the alfalfa mad and killed the grass. Ended up cutting the beans/alfalfa for haylage/beanlage. It ended up around 18% protien, I don't remember what they yielded but I can assure you it was no where near 10 ton/ac.
