Ditto on the park cable. We had to replace the one on our old 4020 PS. On the hesitation, that's natural but not that extreme. Does it hesitate between other gears? If so, there's a plug under the granny. Take thecap off & there's a screw up inside that can be turned to adjust the speed of shifting.
