Somebody correct me if I'm wrong as I have not tried it but I believe you need to connect the PPS pin of the 262 to the signal pin of the console and also connec the ground or rs232 ground to the ground wire of the radar connector on the console wiring.

I know this works on Raven Invicta and Phoenix recievers. Should in theory work on any reciever with a PPS pin.
