| This is nothing new, but buy your fert. based on the analysis. If you need some K, Potash, then get a large part of your fert. needs using 0-0-60, along with some 11-52, dry spread,
you calculate the rate you want.
Then use some 10-34, maybe add some Zn. as a popup, think a 3 gal. rate. Forget the ortho- poly thing, don't believe the "better" availability BS, it is just a retailer profit center.
Do some pricing, and do what is best for you and your farm. Most university soils and fert. specialists will agree with this advice, 100%. | |
