yeah, 4xx Mhz is a long range radio, I can even tell, radios doesnt depends on terrain, trees and other human thing between rover and rtk so as 900 mhz does. But I can notice radius can be over any possible distance if we stand tower in 100 m altitude for ex. I guess this way you can acheave 30 km with 900 Mhz and 50-60 with 400 Mhz without amplifiers
