| We have had one for about 5 years and it does that every winter. We had it to the dealer several times to "fix" it and it does not help. Their best answer is avoid start and stop useage and let it idle for short stops rather than shutting it off. It works fine if it runs for longer periods but that is hard to do when it is cold. So we just change oil every 4 weeks in the winter, but our Bushog with a Honda engine does the same thing. Good luck | |
