Have no idea what a rotoking looks like, but I really doubt you want to leave any netwrap on a bale you are going to put into a shredder. It'll be one of those "pay me now or pay me later " things!
Friend of mine works on construction running a huge chipper. He says it'll chip anything but a piece of old carpet. Guess he learned the hard way!
