Subject: AL Yield Monitoring inconsistencies on NH CR940

Eastern Iowa
Last year I installed an Integra and YM kit on a NH CR 940. A few days after it was calibrated it started to get off from what was actually being loaded on the wagans. This past fall we added the 3 steel pads on the clean grain elevator chain as the manual recommends. Re calibrated and again after a few days it started to read high on bushels. When combining a 700bu wagon it may read a 100bu more. Moistures were in that 17 to 19%, same as when it was calibrated. Has anyone seen an issue like this on these models of combines or anyother models as well? I am woundering if something is wrong with the Flow Sensor? Any ideas or expiereces out there?

Thanks
