Minneota, MN | I have the same problem. John Deere broke this about 6 versions ago--just one of many, many bugs in this junky software.
Just the other day I made the mistake of doing a live update to version 3.2.1.206. I then spent about 6 hours restoring back to version 2.5 from CD and manually updating through a half a dozen updates. Apparently this latest version updates to a new SQL server and there are issues when upgrading the database itself.
And Stellar Support wonders why I won't pay their stupid annual support fee. Why would I pay for annual support when their software never seems to work properly and never seems to improve? Sorry for the rant... | |
