Butterfield, MN | Is your console set up as Fast Close? If it's just Fast, it won't shut down at all when you shut off your switches. You make it sound like it's closing down, just not all the way. I don't even think that the valve will work without the constant 12 volt wire hooked up, but I could be wrong. If you do find that it is hooked up, and that it's closing, just not all the way, the valve itself may be out of adjustment. Make sure that the coupler between the motor and the valve is tight, and that the screws are down on the flat parts of the shaft. If those are fine, and it's out of waranty, take off the cover and adjust the circuit board inside so the cam wheel can turn further before hitting the limit switch that stops it from closing too far. If you do this, make sure you get the little O-ring seal back in place before putting the cover back on. | |
