If you are using a Raven Accuflow NH3 system, the flowmeter cal should be on a white tag attached to the flowmeter. When using Ag Leader to control it, you will need to divide this meter cal by 10, and that number is what you program in your Insight for the meter cal. The Raven flowmeters should be pre-calibrated from the factory. Before changing the meter cal number I would make sure other factors are correct (speed and width). If these are correct, I would then run about 8 to 10 acres off of a new tank, scale it, and compare it to what the Insight thinks it applied. You can then figure out the percentage difference between the scaled product and applied product and change your meter cal number by that percent. If you need to apply more product you will raise the meter cal number...........if you need to apply less you will lower it.
