Farmworks is very comprehensive.  It's a great program if you are willing to invest the time in learning to use it. I used Trac for years. My wife wanted to become more involved in the operation so we tried adding Funds for her to do the bookkeeping.  I don't know if it was FarmFunds or her, but it just never clicked.

I don't know how things have changed since Trimble bought them, but both are good companies so I hope together they are even better.  Go to their web site (http://www.farmworks.com) and look around.  Spend some time omn the discussion boards to get an idea of their support.  It's a good bunch of people.
