WCIL | The only other thing I can think of is on the 2630 display in the greenstar menu > documentation tab where you select your crop and variety there is a box to check that enables variety locator. I've only got a 2600 display but I think its the same on the 2630. If that box is checked then I'm out of ideas.
If you do have the variety locator files loaded the display will say so next to that check box to enable variety locator. It will say something like files have been found for this farm. If it doesn't say that then you might try loading them in apex again.
