No way to delete it, but you can record over it and have it remove it.
Just start recording a new boundary, it will ask if you want to overwrite the current boundary. Click the Accept button. As soon as it gets back to the record screen hit the stop button and save the new boundary. It should be so small that it will not produce a boundary. That is the trick I use on 2600's and 2630's.
