When the SF3000 was initially released, the only way it could utilize Glonass was when running RTK, and both the base and rover had to be a SF3000. Sometime later the SF1/SF2 satellite corrections were upgraded to carry Glonass correction data as well, so now the SF3000 receiver can utilize the Glonass satellites when on SF1/SF2 as well.
